ABOUT THE KOOPLES

The Kooples was founded in Paris, in July 2008 by three French brothers Alexandre, Lauren and Raphael Elicha. Counting more than 400 stores across Europe, the brand is opening it’s first store in the USA this Fall. Their brand philosophy focuses on reworking traditional tailored menswear into urban, fashion-led clothing for both women and men – undoing the traditional notion of separate men’s and women’s clothing and creating a concept to fuse both collections together.

The collection highlights include skinny silhouettes, sharply tailored sleeves, slim fit trousers, all sewn in the legendary ateliers of Saville Row, the epicenter of British tailoring. Tailoring is at the heart of the brand.

The Kooples have a contemporary vision for their ad campaign using cool, authentic couples to deliver their unique message; women with men, men with men and women with women – real couples, of all ages and styles. The Kooples newspaper gives further insight into the identity and DNA of the brand with creative contributions from esteemed writers, artists and musicians from across the world.
