3 Colours Rule is a creative branding agency, working mainly in the luxury and fashion sector. We were excited to work on the brand revamp and development of Minto restaurant.
Mike Ronan purchased a restaurant which went bankrupt after bad management. He saw this great potential and was looking for creative branding and design agency to help him revamp the brand, the experience and the dishes served. Mike Ronan is an artist and wanted us to undertake this project like a work of art, which we did. The restaurant was also revamping its entire menu and needed advice on how to create a menu which would get people talking.

We created Minto, a unique restaurant where all dishes and drinks are original but have one similar ingredient: mint. Through the restaurant rebrand, we also wanted to transport each client from their entrance to the restaurant, to the originality of the menu design and to so much more. The restaurant has been a great success. The menu is read like a book with details explanation of each mint use for each dish or drink. It is a great PR strategy and has created a large social share.
